A. We communicate only in English on Skype, Gtalk or AIM.

2. How do I send files?

A. You can email us a layered PSD or a JPG or upload to any server and provide us link to download.

3. Where do I pay and in what currency?

A. We only accept payment in USD in our paypal account for all payments.

4. Can I see my wordpress in between?

A. Yes, you would be provided a demo server link to check the progress and provide feedback/comments.

5. Can I get this completed within time?

A. We complete all task within time, provided communication doesn't break in between.

6. What's your Cancellation and refund policy?

A. If you decide to cancel before the start date we will refund you 100%

7. What other things you can do?

A. We have expertise in web design and HTML/CSS and XHTML/CSS

8. When do I make payment for remaining 50% ?

A. We'll continuouly provide you updates on demo server; when the project completes you make the remaining 50% and we transfer      and install files on your server.

9. Will I get free Support in future?

A. If your requirment has not changed then we will provide you 90 days support with backup files on our server.
